Politicians speak openly, at best, when they leave office. Then the party pressure and the fear of losing one's career and office disappear. Let's be honest, it's a strange feeling when you pay enormous taxes for 40 or 50 years to secure your own pension (which is enshrined in the intergenerational contract), but it's clear that your contributions will no longer pay off. What would happen if this realization stimulated the right synapses? Changes and drastic changes are needed. But what is needed most of all is honesty! Hypocrisy is what we all despise most. It's like when the doctor doesn't tell you you're terminally ill, even though you'd have a chance if you learned the truth in time. I don't want to question our state or our country's political figures. I respect our country and the system—above all others! However, I would wish for more morality and courage. It's sometimes unpopular, but if everyone just "dropped their pants" and acted honestly, we would have potential. After a brief moment of outrage, we would gain orientation. A blessing. Suddenly, we would see our goals more clearly. Because we want and need to. Indeed, it's not only insiders who know that the CDU candidate Laschet (whether you like him or not) is totally underestimated—and that some banal blunders are being criticized. As a minister, he was more active than many of his political colleagues and has achieved success, while others are really just administrative! He's certainly not a cock of the walk with the charisma of a Mr. zu Gutenberg. He will likely be the pawn sacrifice like Mr. Steinbrück or Mr. Schulz once were. If the result is a traffic light coalition, I won't be defiant. No, the combination could actually be an opportunity, if the quite clever Lindner and Mr. Harbeck lacked the arrogance to initiate change. This would require sacrifices from us. But we would be ready if honesty were at the forefront. If nepotism were to take a back seat, if the economy were to be promoted where it makes sense and not about power and shifts. Wirecard, VW, the toll scandal, etc., are no coincidences. That wasn't entirely surprising until the last second! But nothing happened. It is precisely this mendacity that casts doubt on all our political leadership. If it's not the CDU now, then the small parties could turn the big wheel this time. I wish the FDP and the Greens skillful action now. They can prove whether there is anything behind their words. Whether honesty plays a role with them or whether they are just pulling the wool over their eyes. We would all gladly follow them if we could gain trust. If what is necessary were implemented. Instead, there's a fear of dissipation, trench warfare, and self-promotion. Ladies and gentlemen of politics: Prove the opposite once again! What does this mean for our Audi?
