Kathy Young and the Innocents "A Thousand Stars" Live -2002
Kathy Young and the original Innocents (Jim West, Darron Stankey and Al Candelaria) reunite to perform their 1960 hit, "A Thousand Stars" for a Doo-Wop Society of Southern California audience in Long Beach on March 23, 2002. Disclaimer- there is a very small cut in the video due to a flaw on the original old VHS source tape but it does not impact the performance. Darren Stankey died in 2005 at age 62.
