The Touwsrivier Billionaire

Allegedly David "Oompie" Cupido is a so called billionaire in Touwsrivier that started a business named 4th Power Investments. It is said that 4th Pwer Investments was to alleviate all poverty in Touwsrivier. David "Oompie" Cupido took on investments of alot of people and then the Hawks investigated him. The investigation of the Hawks came to the conclusion that he was trading for people without a license or qualification. It was this offence that made the Hawks swoop in on David "Oompie" Cupido and confiscate two big black bags of money. - It is alleged by his right hand man that he used the people's money to fund his lifestyle, buy cars and have holidays. Surely we cannot just believe his friend so I decided to analyze his videos and this guy is not as transparent as he claims to be. - I am hopeful to get him in for an interview so we can hear his side of the story as well.
