Buying a newly delivered apartment from the construction company often gives the impression that the renovation will be simpler. But in practice, that's not always the case. In this second episode of the APTO MB renovation, we show the challenges that arose right at the beginning of the project and the decisions that had to be made to ensure a final result aligned with the design. You'll understand why we opted to completely demolish the master bathroom, how we redesigned the space to make it more functional, and why we chose to rebuild it using drywall and a recessed door. In addition, we show some problems encountered during construction, such as flaws in the execution of the plaster ceiling and the need to update the air conditioning infrastructure to properly serve the apartment's space. And, to close the episode, you'll see the beginning of the installation of the wall coverings and one of the most anticipated spaces in the project: the guest bathroom, which gains a composition full of personality with colorful tiles.
