Bearing Installation by Induction heater | How to fit bearing on shaft | SKF Induction Heater | Urdu

This video demonstrates the correct procedure for fitting bearings to a shaft using an induction heater. You will know how bearings are mount in industry using induction heater. Bearings can be mount by mechanical method, Hydraulic press, Induction heater, Industrial Oven and hot oil bath. Induction heater is more safe, easy and reliable method for mount the bearings on shaft. Normally we heat the bearing 110°C to 120°C but the temperature setting depends on bearing interference fit and size. In this video first I tried to install bearing at 120°C but not succeed so as per pump manual, fitted at 150°C.
