Suddenly they arrived: Parasitic aliens descended on Earth and rapidly infiltrated humanity by burrowing into the brains of vulnerable targets. It can transform into various forms to eat unsuspecting prey. Shinichi Izumi, a 16-year-old high school student, becomes the victim of one of these parasites, but fails to take over his brain and ends up in his right hand instead. Unable to move and now named Migi, the parasite has no choice but to rely on Shinichi to survive.
