It was released ''exclusively'' for the Original XBOX system in 2002. To this day, many people believe it was the first title to be released. In fact, the very first game "Buffy the Vampire Slayer (2000 video game)" was released for the Game Boy Color portable console. "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" was the 2nd video game of the franchise, though the earliest in terms of setting & the first for a console. The following year, the very last game "Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds" was released as a Multi-Platform title in 2003.
