April 2023 WOW Forum Tooth Talk with Dr. Nathan Gelder

Wellness Forum “Tooth Talk” Dr. Nathan E. Gelder, DMD, will present a WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum on Wednesday April 12th at 2:00-3:00 pm on KSQM FM (91.5) radio station. Dr. Gelder was born and raised in Salem, Oregon and graduated in 2002 from Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. After graduation he spent four years with the Navy, first in California where he completed a General Practice Residency, and then gaining post-graduate experience in all areas of general dentistry at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. After that it was off to Japan where he spent three years stationed at the Marine Air base at Iwakuni. When his tour of duty ended he returned to the Pacific Northwest and settled in Sequim, where he has been practicing with Dr. Juel since 2006. Dr. Gelder always strives to achieve the highest level of care and takes time to make sure his patients are comfortable and well-informed. In this forum Dr. Gelder will discuss the kinds of care now available in today’s world of dentistry. He will answer the most asked questions about current oral care and address the most common problems and concerns of today’s dental patients. WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health Wellness Clinic—Sequim’s free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Our work is supported by more than seventy volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond.
