Crime Fighters (Arcade) Quarter Muncher
Crime Fighters is a side-scrolling beat 'em up arcade game developed and published by Konami in July 1989. Players take control of undercover police officers who must infiltrate a criminal syndicate's base to rescue a group of kidnapped women. Notable for supporting up to 4-player simultaneous co-op in its North American cabinet version, it served as the mechanical and structural blueprint for Konami's later iconic multiplayer brawlers like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Simpsons, and X-Men.
