Heavy police presence as foreign national accused of killing a policeman appears in court
There's a large police presence inside and outside the Keimoes Magistrate's Court in the Northern Cape - where a foreign national accused of killing a policeman- is appearing. The Hawks are investigating the stabbing of Stefano Visagie on Wednesday allegedly by a man the community says is a drug dealer. The incident sparked protests by community members in Upington.
