OCHSENWEG (OxTrail) - #SH02 - Schleswig - Rendsburg (Untertitel Deutsch)

As part of my series Schleswig-Holstein Tours, I explore various routes in northern Germany. In this episode, I cycle another section of the OxTrail (Ochsenweg) with my little eBike, from Schleswig to Rendsburg. After we have already explored the Viking village of Haitabu in the previous stage, we follow the protective walls that were built by the Danes between the 6th and 12th centuries. We also come across more Stone Age burial mounds along the way. It is a scenic route, but there are also some challenges in terms of mastering surfaces.. I hope my little tour inspires you to perhaps plan the Oxtrail (Ochsenweg) one day.
