Did you know that throat cancer is about as common as melanoma or thyroid cancer? Did you know that about 70-80% of these are related to Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)? And did you know that the HPV vaccine is nearly 100% effective in preventing these cancers? The famous actor, Michael Douglas, was diagnosed with this disease, but many still may not know a lot about it.
