In this video we’re transported to Indonesia at as we tuck into nasi goreng and Javanese street food at Raos, a newly opened restaurant already making a name for itself for its traditional flavours. Our tastebuds travel to Northwestern China as we feast on hand pulled noodles and Dominion Road’s best dumplings at Shaolin Kungfu noodle and then its off to Ho Chi Minh City where VietKitchen, a family run restaurant with a huge local following churns out Vietnam’s most popular dishes. Kung Fu Goji Berry Noodles, Xinjiang lamb fried noodles and lamb and fennel pan fried dumplings at Shaolin Kung Fu Noodles, 636 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1041.
