Victorinox Santoku Thinning | 60, 80, 100 Grit Sandpaper | Naniwa Chosera 400
In this video I try to thin a Victorinox Santoku, I first started on stones that i have and soon realized that i needed something much coarser and faster, switched to sandpaper and finally finished on naniwa chosera 400 and also sharpened the knife on the same stone. I removed the scratches on the knife using a 1000 grit sandpaper, it only took 2 to 3 minutes. Total time taken was around 5 hours, did it in small intervals over 3 days. Please leave a comment if there are any suggestions or questions. Thank You !
