Thank you for watching my zentangle video! I hope you enjoyed watching me draw as much as I enjoy drawing! For future reference, I mostly draw Zentangle patterns or Zentangle art and designs. Sometimes I draw other things like Celtic knot-inspired designs or scenic line art. I usually post my drawing shorts and videos at 4 pm during the week. I use Staedtler fine liner pens for those who are interested. I mostly use 0.1, 0.3, or 0.5 and then 1.2 for coloring larger areas. Whenever I shade my drawings, I use Staedtler pencils. I get inspiration from other Zentangle lovers and artists on YouTube, Pinterest, and websites. I know my Zendoodler YouTube page is for my drawings, but I've recently been diagnosed as Level One Autistic, and I want to share what I've gone through in the hopes it helps others who may be autistic. In my book, I share what made me suspect I might be autistic, what my autistic traits are, and my diagnosis report from the autism assessment I had with a registered psychologist, my personal story from age 5 to now (I'm mid forties now). I also share some of my poems, which you may find relatable or connect with you, and finally, I share some meditation exercises that have helped me when I've felt anxious or overwhelmed.
