My first group ride on Rouvy ...What am I doing wrong!
I decided to try my first online group ride and to say it didn't go as expected is a massive understatement. Ridden in Erg mode, at 100% resistance, I think and I was freewheeling for the majority of the ride... I almost opted to not upload this video as it wasn't a positive ride experience and not a route I will be doing again
