At the request of the community, we're making dessert today, since things like that generally get a bit neglected. I just tried something different. A slightly different dessert from the grill: cinnamon rolls BBQ style. But see for yourself! Yours, Michael Ingredients: Prepared croissant dough from the refrigerator (Knack&Back) 50 g butter 6 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 8 tbsp BBQ sauce, sweet and smoky, or smoky and spicy if you like. Preparation: Melt the butter, stir in the BBQ sauce. Then mix in the sugar and cinnamon. The mixture shouldn't be too runny; otherwise, simply stir in a little more sugar until a nice paste forms. Carefully roll out the croissant dough on baking paper up to the first cut line and cut it off. Then spread the mixed paste on top, roll the dough up, and cut it into three pieces. We repeat this until the dough is used up. The rolls are then placed on baking paper and baked at 160°-170°C (325°-338°F) over indirect heat for about 30-45 minutes. In any case, until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. (Like a croissant) Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream...
