Kayaking on my GoPlus Inflatable Kayak in Balsam Lake Provincial Park. Windbound on First Day!

In this trip we went to Balsam Lake Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada. The first day we got there it was very windy, with huge waves on the lake so we couldn’t get in the water. We decided to cook some lunch beside the lake and then went for a drive to the nearby town of Fenelon Falls, in the Kawartha Lakes region. We explored the Trent Severn lift locks and the town’s waterfall. The following day we went back to Balsam Lake and this time the winds had died down so we were able to put the inflatable kayak in the water, near the camping area, and we paddled around for a few hours. We saw many birds, squirrels & chipmunks and a large Loon on the lake that kept diving in the water, looking for fish, and evading us. All in all it was a fun trip!
