Meerschaum Pipe Repair / Replacement Stem, Mouthpiece Bending Ramblings
I recently picked up a heat gun and found it so much more effective for bending acrylic / lucite and vulcanite / ebonite stems. Using any lighter is horrible compared to this oxidation free method. Also I finally smoked a meerschaum pipe after repairing one of three meers my uncle found along his antiquing business. I never expected to enjoy meers. So far I’m somewhat startled at how different two blends taste and texture.
