Taking new Penang ferry from George Town (Pangkalan Raja Tun Uda) to Butterworth (Pangkalan Sultan Abdul Halim). The journey took about 10 minutes. The new ferry fares for adults will be RM2 per trip; children below 12 years old (RM1); bicycles (RM2); and motorcycles (RM2.50).
