Thrift Haul & Turning a Rusty Cake Pan into a Cozy Primitive Fall Vignette

In this video, I'm sharing a fun thrift haul, followed by a primitive DIY project using a rusty cake pan that I picked up during a previous thrift shopping trip. I turned it into a cozy fall vignette featuring a decoupaged 2x4 wood block, a primitive birdhouse made from old reclaimed wood, and a wood star finished to look beautifully rusty. Everything comes together to create a warm, country-inspired display that's perfect for late summer and fall decorating. I love giving old items new life, and this project is a great example of how a few thrifted treasures and some scrap wood can become beautiful handmade decor for your home.
