This is the way I made the chart: Each participant country in this decade has, at least, one song included in this list: their highest classified song in my tops. Then, the highest positioned songs in each year, no matter the country, are included too. In the lower right corner you can see the position achieved in my top in their respective year. Be respectful with my taste. Not even my own country is at #1. At the end, we all have our own personal opinion. I'm judging music, not countries.
