«ОНА УМЕРЛА 4 ГОДА НАЗАД» | Советский детектив. Баку, 1978
Late October 1978. An unclaimed suitcase is found in a storage locker at Baku Station. The receipt bears the name of a woman officially deceased and buried four years ago. There's no money or documents inside—only a blue dress, an old metal key, and a recent photograph of a fifteen-year-old boy. But the dress was manufactured two years after the death of its supposed owner. A storekeeper's error seems the simplest explanation, until police captain Leyla Mamedova notices a detail that turns the forgotten luggage into the beginning of a dangerous investigation. Why was the suitcase checked in under the name of the deceased woman? Who kept the recent photograph of her son? Why was the heavy old key left among the belongings? Who really owned the blue dress? And who was buried four years ago under a false name? Sometimes fabric holds what people spend years trying to hide. Enjoy watching!
