Kay, David, and I had the privlege of interviewing Lili and discussing many of the challenges (Loneliness, belonging, Covenants, God's Love...) the singles face in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Lili was a full time homemaker for almost 20 years, then went back to school for a masters in Social Work and later a PhD in Marr, Fam, & Hum Dev. Dr. Anderson was an adjunct professor at BYU for several years after her doctorate. She has been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years. She and her husband, Chris, have 8 children. Their six married children have given them 39 grandchildren, the 40th expected this fall and they are expecting their 3rd great grandchild soon.
