In this installment of our PTA series, we'll be looking at donations. These are examples of items donated by the PTA to elementary and junior high schools in Kagoshima City in fiscal year 2023. They're all common school items: long tables, tents, folding chairs, and school flags. The Local Finance Act stipulates that "expenses borne by municipalities must not be passed on to residents."
