Restless Horizons... I 100%'d It. Was It Worth It? [HONEST REVIEW]

I'm reviewing the modern adaptation of rlcraft, restless horizons. After completing the modpack, I decided to give my opinion and review it! Since this is my own modpack, I tried my best to be completely unbiased but still provide facts and insights into the cons or big changes.
