Essere soli non è sempre una sconfitta: quello che ho capito a 72 anni

Being alone isn't always a defeat. At 72, I've learned that there's a big difference between chosen solitude and the solitude that comes after a loss, a separation, or a major life change. In this video, I share personal experiences and true stories that have taught me to look at solitude differently. Many people, especially over 60, find themselves living alone. Some suffer deeply from this condition, others discover a freedom they'd never known. In this video, I share three stories that are close to my heart: Carmen, whom I met on a trip to Peru; Titina, a colleague I met many years ago; and Enza, who arrived in the Canary Islands dreaming of starting a new life. I also share my personal experience and what I've learned over the years about the value of relationships, serenity, and the ability to feel good about yourself. If you're over 50 or 60, or are going through a period of change, I hope this video offers you food for thought and, perhaps, a little companionship. 💬 And you?
