Producing and Processing with MaceFoods
MaceFoods produces, processes, and markets chilies and traditional African leafy vegetables, targeting product sales in the local, regional, and export markets. MaceFoods has been working with over 3,900 households (1,870 are headed by women) in Kenya, producing an average annual amount of 35.5 metric tons of dried chilies. The company is one of the innovator partners from the WE4F East Africa Hub.
