Sadhana Mantras (live with harmonium)

These are the mantras that we chant each morning in the Aquarian Sadhana of Kundalini Yoga. In this case, this video belongs when teaching in the Level 2 "Conscious Communication" module of Kundalini Yoga with KRI online international in Abril 2024. It is not meant to be a "concert" or "nice-singing" but to humbly be with you while meditating and vibrating the sound and purity of the mantras. So, join me in the singing! It is a devotional relation between you and God. Hearing and enjoying your own voice and allowing the experience of the sound vibrating in you, healing and awakening your true self.
