Promo Card Prices are Way Up - Is it Justified? One Piece TCG Population Analysis

With promo cards getting pricier, is it all hype, or reasonable based on their rarity? I estimated the populations of six promos - and I was surprised by the results. So use the collection to keep track of the cards I like, but if the eBay price is higher than you expected, don't buy without first shopping around.
