Great Rural Towns in Colorado.

Want to find a rural Colorado town to get a mortgage loan? Who doesn’t right? Today we are looking at great rural towns to buy real estate in Colorado. This is the 6th video in the series. We did the entire US, New Hampshire, Montana, Tennessee, and California so far. Today we look at the great state of Colorado. A couple of things about rural Colorado towns. They can get extremely expensive, some of the towns are amazing: Telluride, Aspen, and Vail to name a few are only for the rich and famous. I could fill the list with those types of places but really it would turn into a video about mountain towns 99% of us can’t afford. So, I included one of those types. What we are looking for is that sweet spot. A decent place to live that isn’t too close to any major cities, easy on the crime rate, not 5 hours away from a hospital or so far out they have horrible internet. Those things knocked a lot of small towns off this list. In the last video, I explained that not all states have 10 good rural towns and I don’t want to waste your time with some places that are a reach and shouldn’t be on the list. Got it? Get it? Good. Let’s take a look at Colorado.
