Reality of Watching an Orca Calf for 30 Minutes Straight- Chimelong Spaceship China (Sonya & Pearl)

I normally post the good shots but I recorded this for 35 minutes to show how long it takes to get a good photo/video clip. This is actually a pretty active 30 minutes, so it’s not even as boring as it can get. There were quite a few shots within this 30 minutes that were good, but you can still see that there’s a lot of downtime between when the calf is at the window and when they are not visible. This is Sonya and her calf, Pearl, born on February 15, 2026. The third orca is Nukka, another female. This video was taken on May 4, 2026. Here are the good shots within the video.
