Goldfish/Koi Pond DIY Filter

My filter uses a mechanical filter, a bakki tower and bio median. It does a great job of keeping the water clear and the fish healthy. I’ve loved goldfish ponds all my life. At the turn of the century, I bought a pond “kit” at Sam’s Club. I’d been attempting to build small goldfish ponds before that with limited success. I’ve also been planning on upgrading the kit pond for the last few years and never got around to it. Well the kit pond forced my hand because it had developed a leak.
