Its Only A Matter Of Time Before This Fails On Your BMW

This this video I talk about how fuel injectors on modern cars are very likely to fail. This is due to the fact that modern direct injection systems are under tremendous pressure. BMW has improved their design over the years but I would consider direct fuel injectors a maintenance item that should be considered for replacement after 75 to 100K miles. I work on a 2012 BMW F30 228i with the N20 engine in this video. I show you how to install new fuel injectors and code the new fuel injectors. Consider these a complete DIY with some diagnostics in between. You could use this guide for the N55, S55, N26 etc. I installed EU5 injectors in this video, if you want to install EU6 injectors you can follow this guide and should not have to worry about coding in the new injectors.
