NI Kontrol S61MK3 + WAVESTATE + CXM 1978 = Stand-Alone performance

Headphones recommended — This is scratching the surface of POLYPHONIC AFTERTOUCH. Setup: I'm using the Korg #WAVESTATE with Chase Bliss #CXM1978 reverb pedal, both controlled by #NativeInstruments KONTROL S61 MK3 — all in STAND-ALONE mode, nothing else involved. The WAVESTATE's four 'Layers' function as separate types of synths. Layers A to D receive signals on different MIDI channels (1 through 4). The WAVESTATE's internal effects and main parameters receive signals on MIDI channel 5. The reverb pedal gets MIDI on channel 6. Layer A: Bassy sound Layer B: Plucky sound Layer C: Sample lane with randomly triggered samples (by poly AT🤤) Layer D: Guitar-ish sound All WAVESTATE and CXM parameters are mapped to the KONTROL S61 MK3's knobs and buttons. The colored Light Guide key zones trigger only their specific layers or MIDI channels. Within each of these four key zones, I've set up 10 additional splits for different octaves and 2 specifically for Reverb configurations on keys B5 and C6. Layer A's Filter Cutoff is also mapped to the Kontrol S Modwheel for enhanced control. Additionally, the Touchstrip on the Kontrol S is linked to keys B5 and C6, as well as the Wavestate's Modwheel, enabling me to hold the momentary polyphonic aftertouch settings I play on those keys. So far, so boring... Now comes the POLYPHONIC AFTERTOUCH (polyAT): It controls varying amounts of 16 LFOs, 32 amp envelopes, 32 filter envelopes, cutoffs, resonance, tuning, panning, voicing, order, effect amounts, and all other parameters, essentially anything that can be modulated and assigned to the WAVESTATE - — and it does this on a per-key basis — Disclaimer: This is my first attempt at a MIDI template for the #WAVESTATE. There’s still room for improvement, and I’m not even halfway done setting it up properly - it’s a total MIDI rabbit hole!
