This facilitated panel discussion brings together prevention leaders, state certification representatives, coalition directors, and emerging professionals from across the Southeast to share practical strategies for recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and retaining prevention staff. The conversation will address rural workforce barriers, cross-training strategies, career pathway development, supervision models, and equity-informed hiring practices.
