Woke up on a random Tuesday and ended up running 50 miles around a track. My buddies were deep in their preparation for a 100 mile race and I showed up to support them, thinking I'd get in a solid 30 miles and FINALLY do my first ultra . One thing led to another and I ended up finishing all 50. 200 laps. 12 hours. 6AM to 6PM. 4 miles every hour , ten to fifteen minutes to breathe in between if we paced it correctly. Was this planned? Absolutely not. Will I be doing an ultra anytime soon? Probably not. But this was one of those days that reminds you what your body is actually capable of when you just show up and commit. This was also about a month before Boston, so we are a little behind on getting it up, but it was sitting in the drafts and I had to share it with you guys. Thanks for being here. More to come. slowly but surely ! 📍 @teosworld
