Women in Business: From Heirlooms to Innovation

Hi everyone! If you’ve ever wanted to know more about me, my journey, and the story behind Thai Design, this is probably the most open and personal video I’ve shared so far. Thai Design is a company built on values, relationships, continuous learning, and a particular way of looking at business and life. In this conversation, I share a lot of the experiences, challenges, lessons, and beliefs that have shaped both our company and me over the years. I’m also incredibly excited to be joined by a special guest and close friend, Mila, Founder and Chief Education Officer of Kagumi Group, a company focused on digital wellbeing and AI ethics education. Mila and I met in person and immediately connected through our shared experiences in business, leadership, and navigating the world as women leading organisations.
