Marek Rylski's mother. Knowing the man had a negative impact on her – he was abusing alcohol, and she had just finished rehab. She developed an addiction after separating from her husband, the accused's father. On the fateful day, Natalia Klimczak came to visit her mother and found her and her partner intoxicated. The prosecutor believes that in a rage, she grabbed a cast-iron skillet and began blindly striking Marek Rylski. He suffered, among other injuries, a fractured collarbone and broken ribs. The accused presents a different version of events – Marek Rylski lunged at her with a knife after she poured vodka down his sink. She struck him in self-defense – first in the hand holding the knife. When he dropped it, he began choking her. Only then did she begin blindly striking him. The evidence collected in the case does not rule out this course of events. This is especially true since Marek Rylski was convicted three years ago of assaulting his wife... #ttv #judgeannamaria
