お金と笑顔のバランスがとれた持続可能なまちづくり | 齋藤 潤一 | TEDxShintomi

Community development requires a balance between money and smiles. Earning a stable income is crucial for achieving a sustainable society. However, money alone is not enough to make a community sustainable. It's important to consider this balance when developing a town. We are convinced that in the social business creation support, the faster we fail, the closer we are to success. The regional project is One win 99 lose. It is a slogan to fail a lot early. Even in Silicon Valley, which is one of the centers of innovation in the world, Fail Faster , quick failure is considered meaningful and there is also a curriculum of the same name in Stanford University courses. We also make it a rule that we always fail, improve immediately, and take action again each time. There are certain things that can be said. That means that one win will certainly change people's views. As a project, by allowing them to fail, team members can be more likely to move voluntarily, and improvements can be made faster and faster. Let's make it a slogan of I win 99 lose and Let's make a lot of mistakes as early as possible. Let's tolerate mistakes, and first of all, let's cherish continuing finding, polishing, sending. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
