The Day of Judgment | EK Pestaño

One of the great tragedies in modern Christianity is that we have reduced the motivation for holy living to nothing more than the assurance that “God loves us.” And yes God does love us. But, dear friends, that is not the only reason we tremble before Him. There is another terrifying reality that should awaken every slumbering soul: the Day of Judgment is coming. On that day, all masks will be ripped away. Every hidden sin will be exposed. The secrets of hearts will be laid bare before the What hope, then, does the sinner have? Only one. Jesus Christ! The Lamb of God, the sin-bearing substitute, the Righteous One who stood condemned in the place of the guilty. So let us not live casually. Let us not play with sin. Let us live every moment in light of eternity!
