Honda XR600R | Así quedó el MOTOR después de 35 años (Cap.3)

The restoration of this 1991 Honda XR600R continues to progress, and in this third chapter, we reach one of the most important moments of the entire series. After decades of use and neglect, we begin to restore the identity of three of its most important parts: the suspension, the brakes, and the engine. In this episode, we perform a complete suspension service and restoration, refurbish the entire brake system, and finish one of the most anticipated projects of the series: the complete engine assembly. We add small details and personal touches, but without losing the essence of this true off-road legend. I'm not aiming for a factory-identical restoration. I'm aiming to build the XR600 I've dreamed of my whole life, respecting its history and giving it a new lease on life to continue doing what it does best: last. In this chapter, you'll see: • Complete restoration of the front suspension. • Service and restoration of the brake system. • Final paint job and finish of the engine. Aesthetic and functional engine restoration. • Complete assembly of covers, seals, and components. • The first major visual transformation of this Honda XR600R. This series documents, step by step, the complete restoration of a Honda XR600R found practically forgotten in a small town in Navarre, Spain.
