Napa CA Vlog (Amazing food, candle making, Napa Rydables Tour, wine making class)

In this vlog, we had my favorite visit to Napa, CA to date! This one was so much fun! I'm on a mission to find fun things to do in Napa Valley outside of wine tasting. While wine tasting is fantastic and I love being in a beautiful vineyard, this area has more to offer than just wine. I'm hoping to explore beyond the wine glass. I found some really amazing unconventional things to do in Napa/Downtown Napa this time! First up, we had a candle making experience and even got a coffee that was made by a robot! This was a really lovely experience and would be fantastic as a date or part of a bachelorette party weekend. It was relaxing and we both walked away with a beautiful candle to commemorate our trip! The next thing we did was a tour on rydables which were dragon and unicorn themed. This was a hoot! They were blasting music and telling us all about the area and giving us suggestions of places to go. This would be a wonderful thing to do your first time in Napa so you can get some history, some suggestions, and a look at the area. Next we had an awesome lunch in Yountville which is such a cute area! I probably need to do a full video on just the city of Yountville! We found a wonderful and fairly affordable lunch option that gave night big portions. We did fail to check out their rooftop area though so we'll have to go back and take a look at it next time. After a very exciting day, we went back to the hotel to unwind and relax before dinner. I love taking the time to get some reading done while I'm on a weekend getaway since I tend not to read during the day at home since there's so much to do. For dinner, we checked out the COOLEST tiki bar and got phenomenal golden hour views over the Napa River. Whether you are into tiki bars or not, this was such a great stop! You can't beat the views and the food was amazing! The next morning, we grabbed a cup of coffee from a local favorite and we headed over to a breakfast of champions! We went to a new place in Napa that I think will quickly become a favorite. The service was amazing, the ambiance is cozy, the portions are humongous! We will definitely be back to check out their lunch and dinner options at a later time. We poked around and did a little shopping after our breakfast within that plaza then headed to a bookstore to do a bit more browsing. Next up on our list was a wine blending class! This was very cool! We got to go into a lab and learn about wine. We learned about the color, smell, and taste of different wines and what that means. Then we did a blind tasting to see if we could guess what wines we had. And finally, we made our very own wine blends. We even got to put the cork in and make our very own labels. It was such a cool experience especially if you are a wine lover! Finally, we grabbed some amazing lunch at a place that the locals love and headed home to Sacramento!
