Why You Need to Swing Hard... Not Just Fast
In Part 2, I talk about how "the box" fits into other aspects of your stroke. Just to clarify and a good example of this is watching the pros warm up. Often times they have moderate racquet head speed but hit the ball clean and solid unlike many beginner to intermediate player who swing fast but aren't engaging their muscles enough to hit with weight. Lastly, the box isn't meant to shorten your swing. Take your normal loop with the box. Also, if you guys have more shoulder turn than I do, your box in the holding position will be further behind rather than to the side. Don't not get turned because of the box. Thanks guys as always and look forward to the comments! If you can hit the notification bell that would be great as I'll have a few updates coming your way.
