Forex Trading: Bond Yield Correlations

Due to interest rates affecting the currency swap rates, movements in interest rates have a large effect on currency which give bond yields and currency high correlations. In this session, we analyze bond yield correlations in Forex and explain how to build some custom charts to measure this bond yield correlation in Forex. Currency swap rates can create large correlations between yield and forex prices due to the ever changing movement of central banks and the bond markets. Use bond yields as a leading indicator to the price of the currency by using these bond yield correlations or interest rate correlations.
