🍂 Autumn Mushroom Hunt in Sweden! 🍄 Join us on an amazing day in the Swedish forest as we start the autumn mushroom season. We’re geared up with protection against moose flies, ticks, mosquitoes, and bugs – because nothing can stop us from finding mushroom gold! ✨ In this vlog, we discover a true mushroom heaven – after 4 hours of picking, we ended up with more than 10 kilos of funnel chanterelle and red-yellow trumpet mushrooms. These mushrooms grow in bunches, so once you spot one, you’ll find plenty more nearby. Back at home, we show how we dry the mushrooms – some with a fan on the table, and others using a food dehydrator. 🍄 We also found a few yellow chanterelles in the woods and used them in a creamy mushroom sandwich sauce.
