Toning My Hair With Manic Panic Ultra Violet

I am toning my hair with manic panic ultra violet. I attempted to tone some brassiness out of my hair and possibly get a slight lilac tint. Very black hair to ashy blonde hair. I left the product in for about 1.5 hours. I recommend leaving it in longer if your hair is very brassy. I also recommend being fairly ok with your hair turning a little bit lilac/pastel purple. I recommend that you wash your hair with warm or cold water and not hot water (though hot water feels so good so like honestly whatever do you) I did this again the following week with a little more purple dye and you can see in some of my other videos how silver my hair looks!!
