This Neelkanth Dham situated in Poicha is one of the famous pilgrimage places in the whole of Gujarat. This Neelkanth Dham is spread over 24 acres, here Lord Shri Swaminarayan is seated in the form of Neelkanth Varni. There are 24 deity temples situated in Neelkanth Sarovar, its main temple includes many temples including Vishnu, Ganeshji along with Sheshnag. This temple full of engineering skill has 108 cow mouth baths, every night this temple glows with colorful lights. Apart from this, various types of attractions have been prepared here in Sahajanand Universe. The 152 feet long statue of Lord Swaminarayan is a special attraction. 1100 statues of Ram-Shyam or Dhanshyam have been installed here depicting religious incidents from Ramayana and Mahabharata of Hindu religion. Neelkanth Dham opens at 9:30 am and closes at 8:00 pm. Aarti times are from 5:00 am to 6:00 am, and evening aarti from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The evening aarti is performed with an elephant.
