Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto expressed his appreciation to all ranks of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) for their continued dedication to maintaining public security and order, while emphasizing the importance of ongoing transformation to create an institution that is increasingly professional, modern, and trusted by the public. In his address while leading the 80th Bhayangkara Day Ceremony at the Indonesian National Police Mobile Brigade Corps Training Unit in Cikeas, Bogor Regency, the President stated that maintaining security is a timeless form of devotion and commended the various improvement efforts undertaken by the Indonesian National Police (Polri), including improving the quality of public services, strengthening institutional capacity, and a commitment to improving performance in line with public expectations. The President also assessed that the transformation undertaken by the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in collaboration with various government institutions is a crucial step in building a superior, adaptive institution capable of responding to the challenges of public service, thereby continuously increasing public trust in the POLRI.
