Through.

"Highest of highs, lowest of lows" It's been five years now of drilling. This was made for my annual series of progression videos known as the "Break Through" journey. This drill season was the worst few months of my life, drill-wise and personally. I mean that. This was also the first year being on a drill team, one that practices and performs. I spent a lot of time working with a team rather than on myself. The results were funny, because as I look back on the year, I didn't win any of the solo competitions I did, but won every team one. There is a dramatic irony to that. The word "Break Through" is what I was searching for in the first video; I worked through all the struggles to try and find that "Break Through," which is why I named it "Breaking Through" as I am trying to literally form/fit myself in the drill, Breaking Through the beginning. The second video I made is named differently, as (to myself at least) finally found a "Break through." After that, I "Broke Through" the challenges set before me and finally felt like I accomplished something for myself. The last video, while I went through a lot that year and had to conquer so many things, I find myself Unbroken from it all, ready for what comes next in the future. This year was hands down the hardest month of my life, yet also one of the greatest. There is so much that happened in the background of all this, but it's crazy to me that God has stored for me. The same month I cried the most I ever had at deep depression, lowest of lows, and celebrated for some of the greatest accomplishments in my life, the highest of highs. I pick all my songs with the purpose of what I feel in each video. In this case, this one has a special sentimental meaning for me as it got me through this year, as I learned a lot about teamwork.
